1. Who we are

Point Blueprint ("we," "us," "our") is a product operated by ADD Ai Pro LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at pointblueprint.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What the Service does

Point Blueprint is an automated credit-card strategy tool. You answer questions about your business's spending and current cards, we generate an estimate of how much more rewards value you could earn, and if you choose to purchase a Report, we deliver a personalized PDF with specific card recommendations and usage instructions.

The free preview and the paid Report are informational only. They are not financial, tax, or legal advice, and they are not an offer of credit. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make about applying for, using, or canceling credit cards.

3. Accuracy of estimates

Estimates depend on the spending information you provide, publicly available card terms at the time the Report is generated, and reasonable valuation assumptions (for example, a baseline travel-redemption value of 1.5 cents per point). Card terms, signup bonuses, and category caps change frequently. We do not guarantee that any specific dollar amount, points balance, or signup bonus is currently available or will be available when you apply. The Report shows the assumptions used so you can judge fit for your situation.

4. Payment and refunds

The Report is sold for a one-time fee disclosed on the paywall page. We accept payment through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the listed charge.

Refund policy: if you're not satisfied with your Report for any reason, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked. Details are at /refund-policy.

5. Affiliate relationships

Point Blueprint participates in affiliate marketing programs with card issuers and third-party affiliate networks. If you click an "Apply" link in your Report or on the site and are subsequently approved for a card, we may receive a commission from the issuer or network. This does not change your card terms, fees, or signup bonus. Recommendations are generated from the spending profile you provide and are not selected to maximize our commission. Cards we earn no commission on are eligible for inclusion when they are a better fit.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to violate any law; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; (c) submit information you don't have the right to submit; (d) resell or redistribute Reports without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ADD Ai Pro LLC's total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Report in the 12 months before the claim or (b) $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost points, or denied applications.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where reasonable, notify customers by email.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute is brought in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
