The short version
If you're not satisfied with your Point Blueprint Report for any reason, email info@addaipro.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund the full price. No questions asked, no forms.
Why we offer a no-questions refund
Most of our Reports show clearly positive upside before you ever pay — the free preview tells you the estimated annual rewards delta and the card count. If the actual Report falls short of what the preview promised, that's on us, and we'll refund.
How to request a refund
- Email info@addaipro.com from the address you used at checkout.
- Use subject line: "Refund request".
- We'll initiate the refund through Stripe within 2 business days.
- Stripe typically returns the funds to your card in 5–10 business days.
We'll also delete your stored profile and recommendation if you ask.
After the 7-day window
After 7 days from purchase, refunds are at our discretion. If something has materially gone wrong with your Report — wrong card recommendation, math error, broken PDF — reach out anyway and we'll make it right.
Affiliate commissions are separate
A refund of your Report fee does not affect any cards you may have applied for through our affiliate links. The relationship between you and the card issuer is governed entirely by the issuer's own terms.
Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback. We almost always resolve the issue faster than your bank can, and a refund through us doesn't hurt your dispute record.
