Privacy Policy

ADD Ai Pro LLC ("we," "Point Blueprint") operates pointblueprint.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We aim to keep this short and accurate.

What we collect

• Conversation transcripts — the messages you send and the AI's responses during the free analysis. We use these to generate your spending profile and Report.
• Spending profile — approximate monthly spend by category, current cards, and rewards preferences, as inferred from your conversation.
• Email address — only if you proceed to purchase a Report. Used to deliver the PDF and respond to support questions.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Affiliate-click events — when you click an "Apply" link in your Report, we log which card slug was clicked and the session it came from. This helps us reconcile affiliate payouts and improve recommendations. We do not pass your personal data to issuers — they receive only the standard affiliate referral cookie.
• Standard web analytics — Vercel Analytics collects anonymized page views and performance metrics. No cross-site tracking.

What we do NOT collect

• Bank login credentials
• Social Security number
• Full credit-card account numbers
• Online banking access via Plaid or similar

We tell you this in plain English on the landing page and chat input because we want you to feel safe sharing the spending categories we actually need.

How we use what we collect

• Generate your spending profile, estimate, and Report
• Process payment and deliver the Report by email
• Reconcile affiliate commissions tied to your session
• Improve the product (e.g. spot conversations where extraction failed)
• Respond to your support requests

We do not sell your data. We do not use your conversation transcripts to train external AI models — Claude (Anthropic) processes your transcript under their API terms, which by default do not train on API inputs.

Where your data lives

Transcripts, profiles, and Reports are stored in our Supabase database (Postgres, US-based). Email delivery uses Resend. Payments use Stripe. Anonymized analytics use Vercel. Each is contractually obligated to protect data per their published terms.

Retention

Sessions that don't reach payment are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted. Paid Reports and the associated email are retained for 7 years for tax and audit purposes. You can request earlier deletion (see "Your rights" below).

Your rights

You can email info@addaipro.com to:

• Get a copy of the data we have about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your account and associated data (subject to tax/audit retention above)
• Opt out of analytics

California residents (CCPA), EU/UK residents (GDPR), and other applicable jurisdictions have additional rights — contact us and we'll honor them.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies. Vercel Analytics uses a first-party cookie for session identification only. Stripe uses cookies on its hosted checkout page (governed by Stripe's own policy). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Children

The Service is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy in a material way, we'll update the date above and, where reasonable, notify customers by email.
